Late summer 2013 brought a trip to Door County. First, a workshop at Peninsula Art School followed by a few days of R&R. Newport State Park was on the itinerary. These were taken with my favorite photo app – Photosynth.
Newport State Park has 11 miles of shoreline and beautiful trails through evergreen and hardwood forests, wetlands, and upland meadows. It is Wisconsin’s only formally designated state wilderness park and encompasses 2,373 acres.
